CASECONNECT by NAA is a virtual desktop solution providing ADR professionals with a uniform, secure and easy-to-use environment to manage their cases. Subscribers can access CASECONNECT anytime, anywhere, on any device via secure connection.How does it work?
Arbitrators, mediators, and ADR administrators subscribe to the CASECONNECT virtual environment using their own devices. Users gain access to cloud versions of NAA matter management tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and other standard desktop software. They also have access to a new CASECONNECT email address which can be used alongside existing personal and company addresses for better segregation and security of sensitive NAA communications. Additionally, files can be safely saved, stored and protected within the virtual environment.

How much does it cost?
CASECONNECT is free for NAA members or $75 per month for non-members. NAA strives to provide real value for its members, the ADR community and their clients, and will continue to develop innovative tools and services that we provide to members at no additional cost.
